Purchase Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

● Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers or vendors for required goods and

services.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favourable prices.

● Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and

delivery timelines.

● Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost savings without

compromising quality.

● Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor communications.

● Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights into procurement performance for

senior management.

● Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Sales & Accounts) to understand

procurement needs.

● Coordination with vendors & onsite supervisors.

● Check different vendor quotations and identify according to your preference of

quality, quantity and pricing.
