Purchase Executive

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all purchasing activities, ensuring the timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and services at the most competitive rates without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for raw materials (aluminium ingots, chemicals, packing materials, etc.).

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money.

Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and approvals in accordance with company policies.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production and stores teams to forecast material requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or quantity discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

Develop and implement strategies for reducing procurement costs and improving supply chain efficiency.

Liaise with accounts for payment processing and ensure documentation accuracy.

Stay updated with market trends, price fluctuations, and new supplier developments in the aluminium and metals sector.
