Procurement Manager (Construction)

Company: Panchsheela Constructions

Location: Delhi

We are looking for a Procurement Manager for our residential construction projects.

Experience: 2–4 Years (Construction Industry Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

* Procurement of construction materials (cement, steel, tiles, marble, electrical, plumbing etc.)

* Vendor identification and price negotiation

* Preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries

* Coordinating with site engineers and storekeepers

* Cost comparison and maintaining procurement records

* Ensuring timely supply of materials at multiple sites

Requirements:

* Experience in residential construction procurement preferred

* Good vendor network in Delhi NCR

* Knowledge of construction materials and market rates

* Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
