• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, goods, and services
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply conditions
• Control procurement costs and achieve cost-saving targets
• Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and warehouse teams
• Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Resolve supplier-related issues and disputes efficiently
• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and inventory management
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience5–10 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Industry-specific experience preferred (manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, etc.)
