PAPPAROTI is a world-renowned café chain known for its signature coffee-coated buns and premium beverages.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Purchase Manager to manage procurement operations across both brands, ensuring optimal inventory levels, cost-efficiency, and timely availability of high-quality materials.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Procurement:
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for food, beverage, packaging, and non-F&B items across both brands.
• Identify and negotiate with reliable suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.
• Vendor Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.
• Conduct periodic vendor evaluations (cost, quality, delivery, compliance).
• Inventory & Cost Control:
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders in a timely manner to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Collaborate with store managers and central kitchen (if applicable) to forecast demand.
• Ensure adherence to approved budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all purchased items meet required quality standards and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
• Cross-functional Coordination:
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Culinary teams to align procurement with business goals.
• Coordinate logistics for timely deliveries to outlets and warehouses.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Generate regular reports on purchase performance, vendor delivery KPIs, and cost analysis.
• Use procurement data to support decision-making and identify trends or inefficiencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or QSR industry.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory software (e.g., ERP systems, Zoho Inventory, or similar).
• Good understanding of food safety standards and shelf life management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and multi-brand operations.
