Job Title: Dialer Quality Check Executive
Location: [Add Location]
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 (0–1 year experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor outbound/inbound dialer calls for quality assurance
Check call handling, script adherence, and customer interaction
Identify errors in calling process and provide feedback to agents
Ensure proper usage of dialer system and compliance with guidelines
Maintain daily/weekly quality reports
Requirements:
0–1 year experience in BPO/Calling/Quality (Freshers can apply)
Good listening and communication skills
Basic understanding of dialer systems
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
