Ideal Lingua Translations is a leading language translation services provider and is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company based in Sector-6, Rohini, Delhi.

We are looking for the candidates to proofread/check the documents for spellings, grammar, formatting/layout etc. We translate documents from one language to other.

So one needs to check translations if all is OK. When language is Hindi or English it needs to be checked properly. For other languages, names, numbers, dates etc. are to be checked and corrected. The documents can be letters, agreements, certificates etc. Responsibilities: • Checking the translations and making necessary corrections.

• Checking dates, numbers, amounts, spellings, grammar etc. by comparing with original documents and correcting them if any mistake is found.

• Follow up with the teammates to get documents on time to start proofreading/QA from the prospects and old clients

• Respond clients and clear their doubts or queries regarding the content in translation.

• Ensure that client’s documents are handled timely and accurately and completed on time.

• Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company services. Requirements and skills:

• Good command over English language including Grammar.

• Proficient in MS Office including Header-Footer, Footnotes, Page Indent/Alignments

• A customer-oriented attitude

• Problem-solving aptitude

• Ability to work well with a team The office timing is 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, MON-SAT.
