Quality Control Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, and service standards across our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
• Conduct regular quality audits of kitchen, storage, and service areas
• Inspect raw materials, food preparation processes, and final output
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Hotel Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in quality control within restaurants, hotels, or food service
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, hygiene practices)
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Good communication and training skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Willingness to travel between outlets (if applicable)
