Quality Supervisor

Job Description:-

We are looking for a Quality Supervisor for our client place based at Bahadurgarh, Haryana. An ideal will ensures that corrugated board and boxes meet customer specifications and quality standards (e.g., ECT, BCT, bursting strength) by overseeing daily QC operations. He will lead inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products, implement corrective actions for defects, and train staff on safety and efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Supervise and lead the quality control team.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
• Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Document inspection outcomes and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and address recurring quality issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Train and mentor quality control inspectors.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of quality control processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Required any Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Should have 2+ years of experience as a Quality Supervisor role.
• Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Must have an exposure in Packaging industry.
