React.JS Lead Developer

We're hiring React.js Lead Developer (Immediate Joiner – Max 30 Days) in Delhi NCR

Experience: 8+ years

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive & based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead the front-end development team and own the React.js codebase

• Architect and implement reusable components and libraries

• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers

• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

• Drive best practices in UI/UX, testing, and CI/CD

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, Hooks, and TypeScript

• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets

• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools

• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library

• Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and code versioning

• Bonus: Exposure to Next.js, React Native, or OpenTelemetry

Must-Haves:

• Minimum 8 years of front-end development experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on React.js experience

• Proven leadership in technical teams or projects

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Availability to join within 30 days
