Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive for our Real Estate Plot Sales process. The role involves calling prospective customers, explaining plot project details, generating interest, and converting leads into site visits and sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset.

Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and handle inbound calls for real estate plot sales leads.

Explain plot details including location, pricing, approvals, amenities, and payment plans.

Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.

Maintain accurate call records and update CRM or lead tracking systems.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer objections and provide correct information professionally.

Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and convincing skills.

Ability to handle customer queries and close sales over the phone.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or pre-sales of Real estate sales.

Experience in real estate sales or plot sales is preferred but not mandatory.

EducationGraduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
