Real Estate Sales Executive

Saraswati Properties is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with relevant field experience to handle residential plotted developments and builder projects across Delhi NCR. The role involves lead handling, site visits, client conversion, and post-sales coordination.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound sales leads
• Conduct site visits and project presentations
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain client database and follow-ups
• Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams
• Keep clients updated on project status, pricing, and documentation
• Ensure smooth booking and agreement process

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR real estate market
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Field sales experience is mandatory

🎓 Education

• Graduate / MBA (Preferred but not mandatory)
