Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Fixed) + High Incentives (Upto ₹10,000+)

About the Role:

We are seeking a focused and driven Real Estate Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate sector to join our office in Ghitorni. Since you already know the basics of the field, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running—handling leads independently and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Follow-up: Handle warm leads and make calls to prospective buyers.

Site Visits: Conduct daily site visits with clients to projects in and around Ghitorni.

Sales Closure: Utilize your experience to negotiate and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Client Handling: Explain property details, legal paperwork basics, and payment plans to customers.

Coordination: Work with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer journey from site visit to sale.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial).

Communication: Must be fluent in English (to handle NRI clients or professional inquiries) along with Hindi.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Ghitorni market and surrounding areas will be an added advantage.

Self-Starter: Ability to manage daily site visits without constant supervision.

License: Own vehicle or easy commute for site visits preferred (but not mandatory if commute is feasible).

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and interview).

Incentives: Attractive incentive structure (Average incentive potential: ₹30000+ per month based on performance).
