Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to manage property sales, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to guide clients through the entire buying and selling process.
- Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and sellers
- Promote and sell residential or commercial properties
- Conduct property showings, site visits, and open houses
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently
- Prepare and manage sales documentation and contracts
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitors
- Coordinate with legal, marketing, and finance teams
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Customer-focused with a strong sales mindset
- Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Experience 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy (varies by level)
