Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive

Experience: 1–5 years (Real Estate sales experience preferred)

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Present and promote real estate projects to potential buyers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and sales conversions using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the sales manager and marketing team on lead management and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or similar field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of Delhi/NCR real estate market is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays depending on client requirements.
