Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through property buying, selling, and leasing processes, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. You will be expected to drive revenue growth, nurture leads, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients
• Conduct property tours and client meetings
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
• Negotiate deals and finalize property transactions
• Build and manage a strong client pipeline through follow-ups and referrals
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams for smooth closings
• Maintain CRM data accurately and regularly
• Stay updated on competitors, and market conditions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Quick adaptable of using different tools
• Self Operator or Self Planner
