Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to help clients buy, sell, and rent properties. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and skilled at building relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales. This role involves guiding clients through the entire real estate process while delivering excellent service and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
  • Assist buyers in finding suitable properties based on their needs and budget
  • List properties for sellers and develop effective marketing strategies
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and site visits
  • Negotiate offers, contracts, and pricing on behalf of clients
  • Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
  • Prepare and manage required documentation and contracts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets


Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (real estate license required, based on local regulations)
  • Proven sales experience (real estate experience preferred but not always required)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions at once
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or listing platforms
  • Knowledge of local property market is a plus
