Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Professional who can align with our vision, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of Bansal Realty.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and develop new client relationships
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Conduct property site visits and presentations
  • Follow up with potential buyers and investors
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Keep updated with market trends in Delhi NCR & Dholera
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transactions
  • RequirementsStrong communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for sales and real estate
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
  • Ability to build trust with clients
  • Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred)
  • Professional attitude and dedication toward work
