Real Estate Sales Executive / Channel Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic Real Estate Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating sales through channel partners, brokers, and direct client sourcing. The role involves client handling, property presentations, and organizing site visits for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source potential buyers through channel partners, brokers, and personal networks

* Generate leads for residential and commercial real estate projects

* Handle client inquiries and provide complete project information

* Arrange and conduct property site visits for clients

* Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers

* Follow up with clients to convert leads into bookings

* Assist clients with documentation and closing procedures

* Maintain a database of leads, clients, and site visit reports
