Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Promote and market residential and commercial real estate projects offered by the company.
- Conduct property site visits and provide complete project details and guidance to clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their property requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of property transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Keep updated on real estate market trends, pricing, competitors, and local developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of the Delhi/NCR real estate market will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be open to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Sunday (Wednesday Off)
9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
