Real Estate Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experiencedm Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and scale sales for the Dubai real estate market, catering to Indian and NRI investors. The role involves team leadership, investor handling, developer coordination, and revenue closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales for Dubai residential & investment projects alongside India
• Manage and close high-ticket investor deals (India & NRI clients)
• Build and train a sales team / channel partners for Dubai projects
• Conduct virtual & physical site tours, investor presentations & webinars
• Coordinate with Dubai developers, brokers & legal teams alongside India
• Track leads, conversions, site visits & closures via CRM
• Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
• Support marketing with pricing, inventory & offer strategies

Candidate Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, ROI, visa-linked properties
• Proven experience in selling Dubai off-plan & ready properties
• Excellent negotiation, presentation & closing skills
• Ability to manage HNIs, investors & channel partners
• Comfortable with virtual selling, WhatsApp, Zoom & CRM tools
• Willingness to travel to Dubai (as required)
