🎯 Job Role & Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field marketing, site visits & channel partners
• Conduct property presentations & site visits for clients
• Handle walk-in & referral leads
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build strong local network (brokers, investors, local vendors)
• Follow-up with prospects and close deals
• Maintain CRM & sales reports
• Participate in promotional activities & marketing campaigns

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales preferred
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Must be comfortable with field work (Not an office job)
• Own bike & smartphone required
• Target-oriented & self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of Delhi NCR real estate market
