Job Description

The Front Office Executive / Receptionist is the first point of contact for all patients and visitors at Aelira Health Clinic for Lung Health.


This role ensures smooth front-desk operations, manages appointments, handles billing and communication, and provides a warm, professional experience to every visitor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage patient registration, scheduling, and appointment confirmations.
  • Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and diagnostic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle billing, payment collection, and maintain financial records in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Maintain the clinic’s front-desk appearance and ensure cleanliness, order, and patient comfort.
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Manage patient database and EMR entries accurately and confidentially.
  • Support marketing activities such as handling walk-in inquiries, social media messages, and feedback forms.
  • Ensure daily reconciliation of cash and reports to the clinic manager.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Min 1 Year of experience in front-office, reception, or patient service roles (healthcare preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; confident and empathetic demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and appointment management software (like Clinicea, Practo, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask, handle patient queries calmly, and manage time efficiently.


Compensation: Fixed monthly salary with performance incentives based on patient satisfaction, punctuality, and efficiency.
