Receptionist / Front Office Executive

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused individual who can manage the front desk, billing counter, and guest service operations smoothly. The candidate will be responsible for creating a great first impression, handling billing efficiently, and ensuring excellent dining experience for all guests.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

🏨 Front Desk & Reception:

Greet and welcome guests professionally

Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting list

Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries

💰 Billing Counter:

Generate bills using POS system accurately

Handle cash, UPI, card payments

Maintain daily billing records and reports

Ensure zero billing errors and fast checkout

🍽️ Guest & Food Service:

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff

Assist in food service when required

Ensure timely serving of food to guests

Check guest satisfaction during and after dining

🤝 Guest Handling:

Handle customer queries and complaints politely

Provide menu guidance and recommendations

Ensure a premium and friendly guest experience

🔹 Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

0–2 years experience in restaurant / hotel / retail (preferred)

Basic knowledge of billing software / POS

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Presentable personality and polite behavior

Ability to multitask under pressure
