ROLE OBJECTIVE:We are seeking a highly professional, well-groomed, and proactive female Senior Front Office Executive or Executive Assistant who excels in communication, hospitality, and administration. This role will serve as the face of the organization and a direct point of contact for elite visitors, clients, and internal executives. The individual must ensure smooth front desk operations, coordinate executive schedules, manage key office logistics, and support guest relations with top-tier hospitality standards.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Welcome all walk-in clients, vendors, and senior visitors with utmost courtesy and professionalism.

• Manage reception desk, handle incoming calls, emails, and coordinate internal communications.

• Maintain a well-organized front office with professional ambiance including lobby hygiene, meeting room readiness, and guest comfort.

• Schedule appointments, maintain executive calendars, and support travel, stay, and meeting arrangements for Directors and Clients.

• Prepare meeting rooms with AV setup, refreshments, notepads, and maintain post-meeting follow-ups.

• Provide front-line customer support to walk-in clients and offer company and product information.

• Coordinate logistics for office events, vendor meetings, corporate walk-throughs, and presentations.

• Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate courier services, and oversee internal administration tasks.

• Draft professional emails, meeting notes, and internal circulars; maintain confidentiality in executive communications.

• Act as the first-level filter for visitors and phone calls to senior management, ensuring priority scheduling.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or relevant field.

• Experience: 3–6 years in front office, hospitality, or executive assistant role with client-facing responsibilities.


KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:• Exceptional spoken and written English; professional communication etiquette.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to multitask across responsibilities.

• Presentable appearance with warm personality and hospitality flair.

• Ability to liaise with high-profile clients, foreign delegates, HNIs, and business stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, scheduling tools, and basic CRM/ERP handling.

• Emotional intelligence, discretion, and trustworthiness when dealing with confidential matters.
