Job Description
- Visitor & Client Management:
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors professionally.
- Manage visitor logs, issue badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Communication:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Handle basic inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and events.
- Perform general clerical duties: filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry.
- Assist other departments with daily tasks and administrative needs.
- Office Operations:
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and presentability.
- Monitor and order office supplies, managing inventory.
- Handle basic accounting tasks like expense tracking if required.
