Job Description

  • Visitor & Client Management:
  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors professionally.
  • Manage visitor logs, issue badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Communication:
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Handle basic inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Perform general clerical duties: filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry.
  • Assist other departments with daily tasks and administrative needs.
  • Office Operations:
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and presentability.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, managing inventory.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks like expense tracking if required.
