Job Description

  • A patient care coordinator, also known as a care coordinator or patient navigator, helps manage a patient's healthcare and treatment needs while also maintaining open lines of communication between a patient and their healthcare providers.
  • enerate accurate patient bills (OPD/IPD). Handle cash, card, UPI, and online payments. Maintain daily billing records and reports. Process refunds and adjustments as per policy. 2. Insurance / TPA Handling Coordinate with TPA and insurance companies. Prepare and submit pre-authorization and claim documents. Follow up on approvals and claim settlements. 3. Patient Handling Attend patient queries politely and professionally. Guide patients regarding billing, packages, and procedures. Ensure patient satisfaction and quick service. 4. Documentation Maintain patient records and billing files. Ensure all documents are complete and accurate. Follow hospital policies and compliance standards. 5. Coordination Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments. Ensure smooth admission and discharge process.
