Job Title: Recovery Executive
Job Description: We are looking for a Recovery Executive responsible for contacting customers to recover pending or overdue payments. The candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills to ensure smooth collection and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers to remind and recover pending or overdue amounts
- Maintain records of follow-up calls and payment status
- Coordinate with the accounts and billing teams for updates
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Achieve monthly recovery targets
- Prepare daily and weekly recovery reports
