Job Title: Blue-Collar RecruiterLocation: [Delhi/Ncr , UP]

Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in bulk/blue-collar hiring)

• Job Responsibilities:Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for blue-collar roles (e.g., delivery boys, drivers, warehouse staff, loaders, packers, helpers, etc.).
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Manage bulk hiring through job portals, references, local networks, and field recruitment.
• Conduct interviews and ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure targets are met within deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and local recruiter relationships.
• Key Skills:Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in bulk or mass recruitment.
• Knowledge of local manpower sources and hiring methods.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for daily reporting.
• Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
