Job Description:

ELT Corporate is looking for a Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring processes and support talent acquisition across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and referrals
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Understand job requirements and ensure timely closures
• Support onboarding and documentation processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals and ATS
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
