Recruitment Cum Sourcing Executive

Candidate would have the following KRAs:

1. Shortlist candidates through different job portals using filters, schedule interviews and close candidates as per priority
2. Shortlist vendors as per sourcing requirements of the company and get meetings scheduled with management for new product development
3. Ensure timely purchase of raw material

Candidate should have the following pre-requisites

1. Should have prior knowledge of recruiting technical and non-technical talent through portals, database, references, linkedin etc
2. Should be active and able to take initiative
3. Should have knowledge of google sheets and excel
