Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Non-IT Hiring)

Salary: ₹3.6 – ₹4.8 LPA

• Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment (blue & white-collar roles)
• Source candidates via portals, social media & references
• Screen profiles, conduct interviews & coordinate hiring
• Maintain hiring pipeline & meet targets
• Ensure documentation & client requirements
• Requirements: Graduate in any discipline
• 2+ years in non-IT recruitment
• Good communication & sourcing skills
• Knowledge of job portals & MS Excel
