Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for retail front-end roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and domain-specific requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, Apna, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening for candidates.
  • Present shortlisted candidates with detailed assessments to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate technical interviews, portfolio reviews, and feedback collection.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and weekly reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Adhere to hiring policies, confidentiality standards, and SLAs.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring for retail.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver quality hires within timelines.
