Recruitment Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring while supporting a few core HR operations. The role focuses on sourcing the right talent and ensuring smooth people processes as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
• Handle basic HR operations: onboarding, documentation, attendance support, and employee coordination
• Support HR policies, compliance, and internal communication

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused
• Experience with startups or fast-growing teams is a plus
