Recruitment Manager – Blue Collar HiringJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for managing large-scale blue-collar hiring through multiple vendors. The role requires strong vendor management, coordination, and the ability to meet high-volume recruitment targets within timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Handle multiple recruitment vendors and staffing agencies to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and hiring targets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain recruitment pipelines.
• Track and maintain daily/weekly hiring reports and dashboards.
• Conduct vendor review meetings and address gaps in candidate supply.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Improve hiring turnaround time and recruitment efficiency.

• QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• Experience5–8 years of experience in recruitment.
• Minimum 3–4 years in blue-collar or mass hiring.
• Experience working with multiple recruitment vendors or staffing partners.
