Reels Content Strategist & Shoot Director

We are looking for a creative and passionate Reels Content Strategist & Shoot Director to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who understands industrial / automotive content and can plan, shoot, and guide engaging reels that build trust and brand authority.

You will be responsible for planning what to shoot, where to shoot, and how to shoot, and helping convert real workshop work into engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

• Plan daily reel ideas related to Automotive Decide shoot location (factory, workshop, office, field, vehicle side)

• Guide how the shoot should happen (angles, framing, close-ups, working shots)

• Experience in shooting short-form videos (Reels)

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & audience retention

• Ability to think beyond trends and focus on real problem-solution content

• Comfortable with workshop / factory environment

• Good communication & planning skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Preferred Tools Knowledge

• CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro (any one is fine)

• Smartphone shooting (camera knowledge is a plus)

• Basic understanding of lighting & angles
