Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and related documents.
  • Coordinate sample dispatches with warehouse and supply chain teams.
  • Track sample approvals, customer feedback, and trial outcomes.
  • Maintain customer records, inquiry logs, and sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Follow up with customers for quotations, repeat orders, and payments.
  • Coordinate with Sales Managers and branch teams to support order closures.
  • Monitor inventory status to ensure product availability.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Support the sales team with documentation and customer follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc or relevant qualification preferred).
  • 3–8 years of experience in inside sales or sales coordination.
  • Experience in chemical or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi / Tamil / Gujarati / Marathi.
