Job Summary
We are looking for a Relationship Executive to manage customer queries, maintain communication, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients into Businesswood’s training and digital service ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients.
Explain Businesswood programs, offers, and services clearly.
Assist clients with onboarding, registration, and documentation.
Maintain daily follow-up records and CRM updates.
Resolve queries with a customer-first approach.
Build strong relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Good presentation, listening, and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain positive client relationships.
Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply).
