Businesswood is seeking a Relationship Manager to build long-term client relationships, support business development, and enhance the overall client experience.


Key Responsibilities


Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium clients.


Understand client needs and guide them with suitable solutions.


Lead the onboarding journey and ensure high satisfaction.


Track progress, renewals, payments, and engagement metrics.


Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services smoothly.


Handle escalations professionally and ensure resolution.
