Banca Channel – Relationship Manager

Location: Delhi

CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA + Incentives

Role Overview:We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the Banca Channel profile. The candidate will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through assigned bank branches and building strong relationships with bank staff to generate business.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle assigned bank branches and generate life insurance business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers & bank staff.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.
• Conduct joint sales calls with bank officials.
• Ensure customer servicing and policy documentation.
• Cross-sell insurance products to bank customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and lead conversion.

Eligibility Criteria -

• Graduation Mandatory.
• 6 months – 3 years of experience in:
• Life Insurance Sales
• BFSI Sales
• NBFC Sales
• Broking Sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Candidate must be open for field sales.

Preferred Candidate Profile -

Experience in Banca/Channel Sales will be an added advantage.

• Good relationship management skills.
• Local market knowledge of Delhi preferred.
