Job Description
The CASA Sales Officer will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) customers for the bank, ensuring growth in low-cost deposits and cross-selling banking products.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new Current Account & Savings Account customers.
Generate leads through open market, field visits, references, and cold calling.
Build strong relationships with individuals, traders, SMEs, and corporate clients.
Maintain daily sales reports and achieve monthly targets.
Cross-sell products like:
Debit/Credit Cards
Insurance
Mutual Funds
Fixed Deposits
Ensure KYC compliance and documentation accuracy.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
