Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Relationship Manager to join our Payday Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell payday loan products to prospective customers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Mandatory Previous experience in Sales (preferably in loans, finance, or BFSI)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Customer-focused mindset
- Graduation preferred
Location: Uttam Nagar West
Salary: 15k to 22k plus incentive
