🔹 Job Role:
We are looking for dynamic sales professionals to drive home loan and mortgage sales through direct sourcing, field visits, and channel partner development.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Field visits to meet customers and explain loan products
✅ Generate leads & acquire new customers
✅ Achieve monthly sales targets
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✅ Generate referrals from existing customers
✅ Coordinate with credit team for smooth loan processing & disbursal
✅ Onboard new channel partners & housing projects (APFs)
✅ Maintain credit quality
🔹 Eligibility:
🎓 Graduate (any discipline mandatory)
🛵 Two-wheeler preferred
📍 Good local market knowledge
💬 Strong communication & negotiation skills
💰 Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives]
