Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client queries related to software applications
• Provide immediate support and resolve issues then and there
• Act as a bridge between clients and the technical/development team
• Understand software workflows and guide clients on proper usage
• Track, prioritize, and follow up on support tickets and issues
• Ensure minimum downtime and quick turnaround for client issues
• Conduct client training, demos, and onboarding sessions
• Communicate updates, fixes, and enhancements to clients
• Maintain detailed records of client issues and resolutions
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients

• Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of software systems / applications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure and provide quick resolutions
• Client-centric attitude with strong follow-up skills
• Basic technical knowledge (APIs, mobile apps, dashboards – preferred)
• Experience with ticketing tools and CRM systems
