🕒 Experience: 2–3 years (Home Loans / Direct Sales preferred)

💰 CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA + attractive performance-based incentives

🔑 What You’ll Do

✔ Drive home loan sales through company-provided leads, direct sourcing, referrals & channel partners

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents & customers

✔ Own the end-to-end loan journey – from lead generation to disbursement

✔ Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

✔ Ensure KYC, documentation & regulatory compliance

✔ Track sales performance and share market insights

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in target-oriented direct sales

✔ Strong understanding of home loan products, interest rates & processes

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation & persuasion skills

✔ Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced setup

🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (Finance / Sales preferred)
