Repair Technician

Job Title: Repair Technician (Digital Signage & Display Devices)

About the Role:

We are hiring a Repair Technician with hands-on experience in LED/LCD TV repair, digital signage systems, and SMT (Surface Mount Technology). The candidate must have completed ITI in Electronics/Electrical or a related field. Experience in mobile repair will also be considered if the candidate has strong electronics repair fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair LED/LCD TVs, digital signage displays, power boards, T-con boards, and controller cards.
• Perform SMT soldering, SMD component replacement, and PCB-level troubleshooting.
• Assemble and test complete digital signage units, including panels, media players, and power systems.
• Replace faulty components (capacitors, ICs, connectors, LEDs, backlight strips, etc.).
• Conduct firmware flashing, basic software configuration, and testing of signage players.
• Maintain repair logs and ensure timely turnaround.
• Support the production team in digital signage manufacturing processes.
• Perform preventive maintenance on installed signage units.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in LED/LCD TV repair and display hardware troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with SMT/SMD soldering and repair.
• Ability to work with multi meters, power supplies, soldering stations, hot air guns, etc.
• Knowledge of digital signage hardware components and assembly.
• Basic firmware flashing/software configuration skills.
• Mobile repair skills will be considered an added advantage.

Qualifications:

ITI in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation (mandatory).

Minimum 2–5 years experience in electronics repair, preferably TV / display / signage repair / Mobile repair.
