Job Description
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Collect data through surveys, interviews, online research, and secondary data sources.
- Analyze data using statistical tools and prepare insightful reports.
- Develop dashboards, charts, and presentations to present findings clearly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide actionable recommendations to support marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Work with internal teams to define research objectives and deliver accurate insights.
- Ensure high-quality data validation and accuracy throughout the research process.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python—added advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present it in simple, meaningful formats.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Familiarity with survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.) is a plus.
- Preferred Skills:Experience in market research, analytics, or data interpretation role.
- Knowledge of consumer insights, sampling, and industry-specific research methodologies.
- Understanding of dashboards tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
