Handles configuration, testing, firmware updates, SIM setup, and troubleshooting of GPS devices, dashcams, and DMS units. Ensures accurate QA, stable connectivity, proper documentation, and coordination with vendors and field teams.
Required Candidate profile
Strong understanding of basic electronics & DC power
Ability to understand device wiring diagrams
Basic networking knowledge (APN, IP, Port, TCP/UDP)
Knowledge of firmware, IoT devices
