Research Associate

* Perform laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigation. 

* Carry out routine tasks accurately and follow strict methodologies. 

* Candidate must have sound knowledge of manual testing, blood tests, reagent compositions, QC framework and related chemical reactions.

* Designing and implementing research studies.

* Developing new research procedures.

* Working with lab technicians on research but also able to perform lab technician responsibilities like collecting blood and performing tests.

* Setting up the laboratory equipment to conduct and monitor experiments.

* Collecting, studying and testing samples such as cells, tissues, blood samples. 

* Recording findings and analyzing the result.

* Identifying how the research can be applied to improving human life.
