Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage bookings, drive inside sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role involves handling B2B and B2C sales inquiries, coordinating reservations, and delivering high-quality hospitality services while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reservation Management

• Handle inbound and outbound reservation inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms
• Process bookings, cancellations, modifications, and confirmations accurately
• Maintain updated records of reservations in the system

2. Inside Sales

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and sales techniques
• Upsell and cross-sell services, packages, and add-ons
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

3. B2B Sales Coordination

• Manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
• Handle bulk bookings, corporate deals, and negotiated rates
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with business partners

4. B2C Sales Handling

• Assist individual customers with booking queries and personalized recommendations
• Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and offers
• Ensure high conversion rates for direct customer inquiries

5. Guest Hospitality & Experience

• Deliver excellent pre-arrival and post-booking guest support
• Address guest concerns, special requests, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with operations/ground teams to ensure seamless guest experience

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with sales, operations, and front office teams
• Maintain daily reports on bookings, revenue, and leads
• Track customer feedback and suggest improvements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in reservations, inside sales, or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
